All items listed for sale are second-hand (pre-owned) goods.
Each listing clearly states the condition of the item (e.g. very good, good, acceptable) along with any visible defects noted at the time of listing. The photographs provided form an integral part of the item description.
By purchasing a second-hand item, the buyer acknowledges having read the full description and accepted the stated condition of the product.2. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
2.1 Principle
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, any consumer purchasing from a registered professional seller has a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the item, with no obligation to provide a reason.
This right applies when the sale is made in the capacity of a registered sole trader (micro-entrepreneur). Some platforms (e.g. Vinted or Leboncoin) may have their own rules — please refer to the relevant platform's terms and conditions.2.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller before the 14-day period expires, via the platform's messaging system or by email, including the following:
➤ The order or transaction number
➤ The name or description of the item concerned
➤ An explicit request to withdraw from the purchase
The item must be returned within 14 days of the notification, in its original condition and with all accessories originally included.2.3 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, subject to verification of its condition.3. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As a professional seller, all items sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable civil law.4. Complaints Procedure
If there is a problem with a received item (e.g. item does not match the description, or was damaged in transit), the buyer must:
➤ Contact the seller via the platform's messaging system within 48 hours of receiving the item
➤ Provide clear, detailed photographs of the issue
➤ Quote the transaction number
Any complaint received more than 48 hours after delivery, without prior notification, may be declined. An amicable resolution (partial refund, return, or exchange) will always be sought as a priority.5. Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
✗ The item matches its description and photographs
✗ Change of mind by the buyer (outside of the applicable legal right of withdrawal)
✗ Damage caused by the buyer after receipt
✗ Item returned without prior agreement from the seller.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all sales of second-hand goods carried out by Camille Blanchod via online marketplaces. They define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of distance selling of pre-owned goods.
Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.Article 3 – Product Descriptions
Each item is described with care, including its condition, brand, dimensions, any visible defects, and photographs. Despite every effort to be accurate, minor differences may exist between the photographs and the actual item (e.g. colour rendering depending on screen settings).
Products are sold as described in the listing. Buyers are encouraged to ask any questions before completing a purchase.Article 4 – Pricing
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes. As a micro-entrepreneur operating under the VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code), VAT is not applicable unless otherwise stated.
The displayed price is fixed at the time of the order. Shipping costs may be added, as specified in each listing.Article 5 – Orders and Payment
An order is considered firm and binding once the buyer has completed the purchase on the relevant platform. Payment is made via the methods available on each platform (e.g. Vinted Pay, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
The sale is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled.Article 6 – Delivery
Items are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
Delivery is carried out via the carriers available on the platform. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, the buyer must open a dispute with the platform or carrier as soon as possible. The seller undertakes to cooperate fully in resolving the issue.Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays or failures attributable to force majeure, the platform, or the carrier.Article 10 – Personal Data
Personal data collected during a transaction (name, address, email) is used solely for the purpose of processing the order and managing the commercial relationship. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the buyer has the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data. To exercise this right, please contact the seller by email.Article 11 – Disputes and Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
If no amicable solution can be reached, the buyer may refer the matter to the competent mediation platform. For European consumers, the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
As a last resort, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
